Hiring | Sr. QA/QC Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures across project sites.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, checklists, and quality records.
• Coordinate with site execution teams, consultants, contractors, and clients to resolve quality-related issues.
• Ensure all materials and workmanship comply with applicable quality standards and project requirements.
• Support internal and external quality audits and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• 8–10 years of relevant QA/QC experience in the construction industry.
• Proven experience in high-rise residential and commercial building projects is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, quality standards, inspections, testing, and documentation.
• Experience in implementing quality management systems and ensuring compliance with project specifications.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with site execution teams, consultants, contractors, and client representatives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
