Key Requirements:
- Experience in billing and quantity estimation for industrial construction projects.
- Knowledge of BOQ, RA bills, quantity surveying, and reconciliation.
- Ability to prepare and verify contractor bills and client bills.
- Experience in rate analysis, measurement sheets, and cost control.
- Strong coordination with site execution, planning, and project teams.
